Why do you require a credit card for the free Trial?

Our workspaces are actually full fledged cloud computers, this means that you can install any software you want using them. This freedom of choice is a key feature of Teamsharq, however it could also be used for illegal activities. As we do not want to limit your freedom, we ask you to provide a credit card details for verification.

What software can I install on my Workspaces?

You can install any software you want. The truth is that we provide you a fully featured operating system in the cloud. Moreover, with the Pro pricing plan you can just install all requilred applications once, build your own Workspaces and use them for different recruitment processes.

Can I upload my own Workspace images?

No. However, with the Pro pricing plan, you are able to create your custom workspace with any software you need, you can also send us a disk image of your custom Workspace so we can upload it for you.

What browsers are supported?

Google Chrome ≥ 98.

This does not mean that on other browsers the platform will not work, only that for Google Chrome we provide full support. Please make sure to always have the most updated version of the browser you are using.

Do candidates have to install anything?

No. Aside from the web browser alone, candidates do not need to install anything on their computer to participate in interviews.

How can I contact support?

Write us on [email protected] Don't forget to send us your e-mail address you use to logging in to our platform.

What should I do, when my camera or microphone is not working?

First, make sure you are using the most updated version of the Google Chrome browser.

Access Workspace in Incognito mode, with all browser plugins disabled.

Once in Workspace, click on the padlock icon next to the URL address bar and verify that you have enabled permissions for camera, microphone and clipboard. Refresh the page.
